General Architectural Requirements For Builders:
- All home plans must be approved in writing by the Architectural Committee before construction can begin
- All roofing will be completed with dimensional or architectural style shingles
- Foundations will be faced with brick, stucco or vinyl siding to grade - no exposed block or concrete
- All homes must be extensively landscaped with mulch, plants, etc and be approved by the Architectural Review Committee
- All driveways must be asphalt-paved or poured-concrete
- Front or side porches must have painted pickets & rails
- Decking floor section may be treated wood, brick or poured-concrete; wrought iron is also acceptable
- Job-site signage is limited to that of the General Contractor and the Listing Real Estate Firm ONLY.
