General Architectural Requirements For Builders:
  • All home plans must be approved in writing by the Architectural Committee before construction can begin
  • All roofing will be completed with dimensional or architectural style shingles
  • Foundations will be faced with brick, stucco or vinyl siding to grade - no exposed block or concrete
  • All homes must be extensively landscaped with mulch, plants, etc and be approved by the Architectural Review Committee
  • All driveways must be asphalt-paved or poured-concrete
  • Front or side porches must have painted pickets & rails
  • Decking floor section may be treated wood, brick or poured-concrete; wrought iron is also acceptable
  • Job-site signage is limited to that of the General Contractor and the Listing Real Estate Firm ONLY.
